Welcome to Blonde Milk. By purchasing or using our jewellery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully — they’re here to protect both of us.

1. About Blonde Milk

Blonde Milk is a South African jewellery brand creating handmade, made-to-order pieces. Each item is intentionally crafted and may vary slightly in size, shape, and finish. These variations are part of our design process and not considered defects.

2. Ordering and Payment

  • All pieces are made to order and production may take up to three weeks before shipping.

  • Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without notice.

3. Shipping

  • We ship locally and internationally. Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed.

  • Once your order leaves our studio, Blonde Milk is not responsible for courier delays, customs fees, or taxes in your country.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we cannot refund or replace items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our full Returns and Refunds Policy applies.
In summary:

  • No refunds on custom or made-to-order items unless defective.

  • Store credit or exchange is available if items are unworn, in original condition, and returned within 14 days.

  • Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 10 business days of delivery.

  • Customers purchasing online have a 7-day CPA cooling-off period.

5. Repairs and Guarantees

  • All jewellery comes with a lifetime restringing and repair guarantee.

  • Repairs are free for the first year and thereafter charged at cost (materials and shipping).

6. Intellectual Property

All Blonde Milk designs, branding, imagery, and text are the intellectual property of Blonde Milk and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Allergies and Care

Our pieces are handmade with a variety of materials including sterling silver, stainless steel, and natural pearls. We are not liable for allergic reactions. A full care guide is available upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver safe, durable jewellery, but Blonde Milk is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Delays due to shipping or customs.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is kept private and only used to process your order, ship your jewellery, and communicate with you. We never sell your details.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
